Ordering
Payments are taken through PayPal in Euros. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase, you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
Shipping
How soon will I receive my artwork after placing my order?
Most orders will be shipped (from Spain) within 5 business days.
Delivery will depend on the destination of the artwork as well as the time it takes to clear customs if the work is shipped outside the EU.
Paintings are sent by Correos, UPS or DHL depending on size and weight.
Are shipping costs included?
We bear the shipping costs (standard shipping) for orders above 400 euros. For orders below 400 euros, the shipping cost (standard shipping) will be added at checkout depending on your location.
If you’d like express shipping, please contact me for a quote before placing your order.
What about additional charges for shipments outside the EU?
International shipments (outside the EU) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Returns
What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so I offer a return possibility.
If a painting is not as you expect, you have 7 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns. Once the painting has been safely and undamaged returned I will refund your payment (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 14 days.
Please note that if the artwork returns damaged or if it is not returned for any reason, you will not get a refund.
What if my painting arrives damaged?
All paintings are carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a painting that has been damaged in transit, please email me within 7 days with a picture of the damage.
