A dense convergence of dark, earthy colour interrupts an expansive field of pale, translucent layers. Vivid orange, green and crimson gather with particular force before dispersing into scraped marks, partial lines and softly revised passages. The work holds concentration and openness in active tension, allowing the composition to feel both grounded and still in formation.
