Delivery

Original artworks will be shipped (from Belgium) within 3 business days and are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Delivery will depend on the destination of the artworks as well as the time it takes to clear customs if the works are shipped internationally.
Note: the calculated shipping cost is for non-express delivery, meaning that the delivery time frame could be considerable for far away destinations.
If you want express delivery (in most cases less than a week), please contact us via email to linda@lindacoppensart.com directly after completing your order. We will then calculate the additional shipping costs for express delivery and after receiving your additional payment, we will send your order via express delivery.

Returns Policy

Original Artwork Returns:
From the time you receive your original art piece, you have seven days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.
If you receive artwork you’ve purchased and are not fully satisfied, you have seven (7) days to notify us that you'd like to return the work. Then, you’ll have three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork through a traceable method and provide us with the shipment’s tracking number.
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Step 1 – Within seven (7) days after delivery, please email linda@lindacoppensart.com to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by the artist. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you will be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely.
Step 3 – Arrange to send the packaged artwork directly back using a traceable shipping method.
Step 4 – Email all shipping details including tracking number to linda@lindacoppensart.com
Once we receive the package, we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your return.

We are not responsible for undelivered returns.
Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns. These fees may possibly be avoided if you inform the courier that the item is a return—though we can’t guarantee this.

Damaged Artwork:

Step 2 - Save original packaging!
Step 3 - Take photos of the damaged artwork and packaging and email them to linda@lindacoppensart.com
