‘Mist over the mountains’ is a colorful but sensitive abstract painting in oil & cold wax on wooden panel.
The layering of thick opaque and thin transparent paint layers provide depth and beautiful textures with bright color spots peeking through the layers here and there. The painting evokes a sense of mountains hidden by mistiness, cloudiness and gives a feeling of mystery.
